I am often asked what do I carry on a cycle camping tour.

My full equipment is:

 

Bikes

Either: Bob Jackson World Tour  or Dawes Super Galaxy

With Tubus racks (Logo rear. Duo front.)

Ortlieb Panniers (Bike Packer Plus rear. Sports Packer Plus front.)  

2 Bottle cages

1 Monkey cage (for carrying flask or odd shaped bottles)

 

Camping List

Tents: Either Hilleberg Nammatj 2GT or Colman Caucassus 3

Sleeping mat: Exped Synmat 7 UL More comfortable and warmer in cold weather than a Thermarest.

Sleeping Bag: Rolling Clouds Down

Inner Bag: (Silk)

Pillow: Exped Airpillow  packs down small and is shaped for comfort.
